Cactuslab: Built to Repair

Our gear is made to handle years of hard use. Every piece starts with a design that prioritises strength and leaves out anything unnecessary. Even the toughest kit shows its age over time, which is why we offer repairs to keep it in use and out of landfill. Every patch tells a story, and we like seeing them.

Write a note with your details (name, address, email, phone number) and the repairs you would like us to do.

2. Send or drop it off
Post your gear to:

Cactus Outdoor - 258 Lichfield Street, Christchurch 8011

Or drop it into our Auckland store.

3. Sit back, relax
Maybe enjoy a whiskey or two. Once we receive your gear, we will assess the repairs and send you an invoice.

Repair costs and timing

We use a block pricing system. Final costs are confirmed after assessment.

Warranty issues are covered by us; anything else is at your cost.

We no longer offer alterations.

Repairs usually take 2–4 weeks. If you have gone through our Auckland store, please allow extra time for courier returns.

If it has been four weeks and your gear is still not back, get in touch and we will follow it up.

before you send it

All repairs and hemming require your product to be scrupulously clean. Dirty gear will be sent back or incur a cleaning fee. Our machinery hates dirt, and it is not fair to our team to handle unwashed items.
