Our gear is made to handle years of hard use. Every piece starts with a design that prioritises strength and leaves out anything unnecessary. Even the toughest kit shows its age over time, which is why we offer repairs to keep it in use and out of landfill. Every patch tells a story, and we like seeing them.
How to book a repair
1. Tell us what you need
Fill in the repair form below. Tell us your details and describe the repair as
clearly as you can - product, colour, size and any identifying features - so we
can get it logged.
2. We'll tell you where to send it
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll email you the address to ship your gear to.
3. We quote, you approve
When your gear arrives, we assess the repair and send you an invoice. Warranty
issues are covered by us; anything else is at your cost. Once it's paid, we
give the go-ahead.
4. Back to you
When the repair is done, your gear is shipped straight back to you. We'll keep you posted on timing once your repair is logged.
Before you send it
All repairs require your gear to be scrupulously clean. Our machinery hates dirt, so dirty gear will be sent back or incur a cleaning fee.
