1. The promoter is Cactus Outdoor.
2. The promotion partner is Ironclad.
3. This giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
4. Employees of Cactus Outdoor, Ironclad, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
5. The giveaway is only available at the Cactus Outdoor Ponsonby Store.
6. The giveaway opens at 12:00am on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 15 June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
7. To enter, customers must sign up to the Cactus Outdoor newsletter in store during the giveaway period.
8. Customers will receive one entry when they sign up to the Cactus Outdoor newsletter in store.
9. Customers will receive five additional entries for every purchase made at the Cactus Outdoor Ponsonby Store during the giveaway period.
10. Purchases made online or at any other Cactus Outdoor store are not eligible for additional entries.
11. Additional entries are based on eligible in store purchases made during the giveaway period. If a purchase is cancelled, refunded or found to be invalid, any additional entries connected to that purchase may be removed.
12. No purchase is required to enter the giveaway. Customers can enter by signing up to the Cactus Outdoor newsletter in store during the giveaway period.
13. Entrants may enter more than once, provided each additional entry meets the entry requirements.
14. One winner will receive the following prize package:

15. Prize sizes, colours and styles are subject to availability. Where a size, colour or style is unavailable, Cactus Outdoor may offer a suitable alternative at its discretion.
16. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
17. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes.
18. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
19. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, or does not claim the prize within seven days of being contacted, Cactus Outdoor may draw another winner.
20. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
21. Cactus Outdoor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits incomplete or false information, or otherwise breaches these terms.
22. Cactus Outdoor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or unable to be submitted due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
23. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree that their personal information will be collected by Cactus Outdoor and shared with Ironclad for the purpose of administering the giveaway and sending marketing communications from Cactus Outdoor and Ironclad.
24. Personal information collected may include the entrant’s name, email address, phone number, purchase details and any other information provided at the time of entry.
25. This information will be used to manage entries, verify eligible purchases, contact the winner, award the prize and send marketing communications from Cactus Outdoor and Ironclad.
26. Entrants may unsubscribe from Cactus Outdoor and Ironclad marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not remove a valid giveaway entry unless the entrant requests that their personal information is deleted before the giveaway is drawn.
27. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Cactus Outdoor’s privacy policy and Ironclad’s privacy policy.
28. By entering this giveaway, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
29. Cactus Outdoor reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or extend the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the proper running of the giveaway.
30. Cactus Outdoor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
